- Press the switch, from the air inlet connector, to the tool’s cylinder air input (air pressure in 0.5-0.7MPa best).
- The air squeeze causes the piston in the cylinder to move upward, and in the process of moving, the head of the piston squeezes the hydraulic oil in the oil pipe of the tool.
- Then the hydraulic oil is squeezed by the force, it will drive the spindle of the tool to move backward, resulting in a stroke, so that the rivet nut deformation.
- When the spindle moves backward and touches the tool’s stroke adjustment sleeve, the motor will reverse.
- This produces the work of retreating the rivet and at the same time the stroke returns to the initial position, completing a riveting.
