Rivet Nut Production Quality Control
Our rivet nut factory has a strict quality control process. So we simply make sure that every dimension of the rivet nut is exactly as per the drawing.IATF16949:2016 standard is our mark of quality for rivet nuts. From raw material to rivet nut, there are 16 quality control steps in the production process, we use visual measuring system, profilometer, measuring projector, tension and shear device, push and pull measuring device rivet rotating device, concentricity detector to ensure the quality of rivetfix rivet nuts!
This is a quality control process for our products. We have to make sure that the tensile strength, shear strength of the rivet nut is fully satisfied with the customer’s project demon. And the size of the rivet nut, the material is correct, the thickness is correct. It is manufactured in full compliance with the drawings, so you can use rivetfix rivet nuts to enhance your business with complete confidence.
This is the full process of testing our rivet nuts in the lab. This process is very important before the order is packaged so we just make sure that every detail including size, thickness, fittings, drawings, the entire structure is 100% as per the drawings and we provide PPAP report for all your rivet nut products.
